Courtney Downs Apartment Homes

I have lived at Courtney Downs now for about a year and a half and I have very little to complain about. It's a great location, close to shopping centers, movie theater, easy access to E470 and DTC. cherry creek trail is right behind the complex, again easy access to the trails. They even have a small dog park which is awesome, my 2 dogs love it. It has very nice pool, gazebo with gas grills, fire pit and fitness center. The staff has always been great and helpful.

Best apartment complex I have ever lived at, by far! The office staff is phenomenal, every single one of them. The grounds are kept great and it is in an extremely quiet area. The maintenance is awesome, every single work order we have put in was handled within 24 hours. I would highly recommend this complex just based on their staff and management.

I have been living here for almost 5 years, and it is by far the best place I have ever lived! Everyone in the office is amazing, and the management team is beyond incredible! The maintenance crew/team are stellar and so unbelievably hard working! This apartment is so safe, and the management/office team and maintenance make sure our complex is always beautiful and that residents are in compliance. I love it so much and honestly will stay here as long as I can!

I have been living here for about 2 months now. Overall, I really really enjoy it, and so does my dog. The onsite puppy park is great. The pool area and the gym are clean and well-kept as well. Maintenance has responded to all my issues within a week, but usually even quicker than that. When looking for an apartment out here, Courtney Downs staff stood out for friendliness and honesty. I knew all the fees upfront, which were substantially less than competitors.

Leasing agents Kyla and Blakely and manager Nancy are AMAZING!! I’ve moved every 2 years the past 20 years and this is by far the best experience I’ve ever had at an apartment!! Apartment was extremely clean when we moved in and maintenance fixes any and all issues extremely quickly which is hard to find in Colorado. Prices are fantastic and worth the experience! Neighbors are very friendly as well and it’s a very safe community. Wonderful amenities and nice trail next to apartments as well.

This complex has been a big part of my life. Nancy and her team are amazing. You immediately feel a family friendly type of bond when you come to this complex. I lived in this complex when I was kid and moved back here and it still is nothing short of amazing!!!!

Where do I begin… I’ve been calling Courtney Downs home for the last few years and it has been a really great experience. Rosheta and the ladies in the front office are always so helpful with my concerns or questions. Brian and the maintenance crew are always on top of it. Jorge is the sweetest guy you’ll run into around the complex and is always willing to help. Nancy is AMAZING! Always helpful and she keeps this place looking spectacular!
